1) Gymnastics is a foundational sport that prepares children for participation in ALL SPORTS and provides a FOUNDATION FOR FITNESS! The physical fitness skills developed through gymnastics (i.e. strength, speed/agility, coordination, balance and flexibility) will benefit your child as they explore other sports and activities.
