2024 Holiday Gift Drive
Adopt a Family of Marin
The Novato Gymnastics Team is proud to partner with Adopt a Family of Marin again in 2024. Adopt a Family of Marin serves low income families in Marin County with at least one child, and provides this program in collaboration with community donors. The Novato Gymnastics Team has participated in this program since 2007.
We have “adopted” four families, and aim to help make their Holidays a little brighter! The goal is to provide at least three gifts from each participant’s wish list and some grocery gift cards for a family holiday meal. The Novato Gymnastics Team hopes you can help us far surpass this goal! New and sometimes lightly used items can be donated, and gift cards are also welcome. Extra items or gift cards are always appreciated, and can be used by Adopt a Family throughout the year.
Check the official lists below for the most current updates, with donated items crossed out and claimed by donors. Notify Perry if you claim an item, and the list will be updated daily. The lists will also be posted on a bulletin board at the Gymnastics Center. Bring your gift, labeled clearly with the recipient’s name, to the Novato Gymnastics Center by Saturday, December 14. If you aren’t able to get it to us by this date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate a later delivery. The Team will coordinate and wrap the gifts at their annual Holiday Party, and gifts will be delivered to Adopt a Family of Marin the following week. We are also interested in repurposing cardboard boxes you may have, gift bags, gift wrap, and even tags or cards.
