How does the Novato Gymnastics Youth Scholarship Program work?
Scholarship funding will be made available during the Winter/Spring season (typically between February and May of each year). Scholarship funding is limited to a maximum of $300 per child, per fiscal year, and may be used towards any gymnastics class, camp, or competitive team program. Funding is limited and distributed using a lottery from pre-submitted applications. Once available funding has been depleted, no additional funds will be allocated.
Who is eligible for scholarships?
To be eligible for the Novato Gymnastics Youth Scholarship Program, participants must be 18 years of age or younger. In addition, a family must qualify for public assistance, or receive other types of aid such as unemployment, disability, or housing benefits, or qualify as low income based on Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) income limits.

Scholarship Application:
Application available in English and Spanish. Please submit completed applications to the Novato Gymnastics Center M-Th between 9:30 am - 5:00 pm or via email to gymnastics@novato.org. Please note, the next round of scholarship funding will be made available beginning in February of 2025 for the Spring season.

The City of Novato Parks, Recreation & Community Services Department offers an additional Youth Financial Assistance Program to support enrollment in all recreational programs and activities, including gymnastics.
