Happy Halloween Week! We are in good spirits as we scare up some fun for the first week of Session 2 - Fall. We’ve set-up our, not so spooky, halloween house for all participants to enjoy! We encourage participants to come dressed-up in their favorite costume. Just be sure your child can run, jump, spin, cartwheel and roll in whatever they wear to the gym.

It's Superhero Strength Week!

What a fun, exciting, and challenging week! In addition to being the last week of Session 1 - Fall, it is Superhero Strength Week! Be prepared to see various exercise themes, strength games and challenges, and even a photo backdrop to help celebrate one of the most important components of gymnastics —- strength!
